Software Engineer, Agentic Search Systems

Mercor hires role by role, and most roles have an AI interview after you apply.

• The interview: an AI interviewer asks questions about the role. Mercor says most interviews take about 20 minutes.
• Have ready: your CV, an ID document and a stable connection. Identity checks are common on these platforms.
• Retakes: you can retake an interview up to three times, but a retake resets your application progress.
• Finished steps carry over: if another application needs the same interview, your result counts there too.
