These terms apply when you use AI Work Central or create an account on it. The provider, with name, address and tax number, is in the legal notice. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

What the site is

AI Work Central is a free website about remote AI training work: open roles read from the public pages of the platforms that hire for it, platform guides and pay figures. Using it costs nothing, and it never asks you for money to apply. How we work explains where the data comes from and how often it is read.

Roles and pay

Each role shows the pay and conditions as the platform lists them, with the date they were last read. Platforms open, change and close roles at any time, so the platform's own page is the one that counts. Each platform decides who it hires, what work it offers and what it pays, under its own terms. Applying through a link here takes you to that platform; the application is between you and it.

Referral links

Some links carry a referral code: if you sign up through one, the platform may pay us a commission. The referral disclosure says which, and where our money comes from lists the platforms.

Accounts

You can use the site without an account. To create one you must be 18 or over and use an email address that is yours. One account per person. Sign-in links and a signed-in browser are for you alone. You can download your data or delete the account at any time on the account page. If an account breaks these terms, for example by sending sign-in requests in bulk, we may close it and we tell you why by email.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to get into another person's account or into our systems, and do not send requests at a pace that slows the site for others: programs can read the roles from /jobs.json and the RSS feed. Security reports are welcome at the address on the contact page. The guides and the design of the site are ours: quote a short part with a link back, and do not republish them as your own.

Your CV

A CV you upload must be your own: one PDF of up to 5 MB, with no other person's data, no harmful code and nothing you have no right to share. Leave out what a CV does not need, such as identity document numbers, bank details or health information. Only you can open it, and it is kept as the privacy page says: until you delete it, untick its box or delete the account, and at the latest when an account is deleted after 12 months without a sign-in. We may delete a file that breaks these rules. Today a CV goes to no platform; if sharing arrives, it stays off until you turn it on for a platform you choose.

Liability

We run the site with care and keep it free. We answer for our own content. The sites and platforms you reach from here answer for theirs, and for what they decide about an application, a role or a payment. We may change, pause or end parts of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, such as for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, and nothing in them reduces your rights as a consumer under Portuguese and European Union law.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top says which version applies. If a change matters for account holders, we email them before it takes effect, and you can delete your account if you do not agree with it.

Law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. If you use the site as a consumer and live in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection that the law of that country gives you as a consumer, including the courts it gives you. Write to us first through the contact page. Consumers can also turn to an alternative dispute resolution centre: the Coimbra consumer arbitration centre, CACRC (cacrc.pt), which covers our address, or the national centre CNIACC (cniacc.pt). The full list is on the Portal do Consumidor.
