On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real-world operational scenarios and theoretical questions in business operations, verify logical accuracy and process alignment, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

A bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, or a closely related field is ideal; hands-on experience in project coordination, systems implementation, or operations analytics signals fit. Clear, metacognitive communication, “showing your work”, is essential.

We offer a pay range of $6-to- $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
