micro1 reviews an application only after its AI interview. Until then it shows as "Interview pending", and it closes with the role if the interview is never done.
Apply on micro1. The interview link then appears in your Talent Dashboard, and you can start it whenever you like.
Read the skills in the posting: Zara, micro1's AI recruiter, asks about them in a spoken interview of 20 to 40 minutes. Have two or three real examples from your work for each.
Try micro1's free practice interview (18 minutes). Then pick a quiet room and a stable connection, and test your camera and microphone in the browser you will use.
Answer on your own: micro1 records the interview and monitors the sessions. You see the result as soon as you finish.
If you met the criteria, complete your profile and the ID check right away, since the certificate and the talent pool wait for them.
Projects invite people from the pool, and you can apply to more roles. Paid work starts when a project selects you. micro1 email comes only from @micro1.ai, @micro1.io or @micro1.co, so look in spam too.
