We are collaborating with a leading AI lab to engage technical accounting and SEC reporting specialists. You'll translate real technical-accounting and external-reporting work into structured, high-quality training data that teaches AI to reason through complex ASC judgments.
Focus Areas
Technical accounting & external / SEC reporting, with deep, hands-on exposure to the standards (ASC 606 revenue, 842 leases, 718 stock comp, 805 business combinations).
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design realistic scenarios from your work, technical accounting memos, technical accounting schedules, SEC filings (10-K / 10-Q), footnotes & disclosures, and applying new/complex ASC standards to transactions
Review and compare AI-generated technical outputs for standards-accurate conclusions and defensible support
Provide clear written feedback that improves how AI reasons about technical accounting
Collaborate asynchronously with the research team
Ideal Qualifications
Big 4 or public-company technical accounting / SEC reporting background
Deep, hands-on ASC exposure (606, 842, 718, 805), actual technical-accounting depth, not general audit experience
CPA
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong written communication and attention to detail
